Here's a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) for the 8Baller.co.uk online pool and snooker site. Hopefully this shall answer most queries, if not you can always contact us and submit new questions to be added here.
What are the site rules?

Why dont I have any stars?
New online pool players will not receive any rating stars until they have played at least 10 games, you will then be star rated on your performance of games played to games won.
How do I block annoying users?
You can block annoying users by ticking the small blue box next to their name, this will block all chat messages from that user for the time you remain logged into the game. If this user becomes abusive to you in any way, please report them by clicking here.
How do I invite users to play?
Give the little arrow image a click next to the user that you want to invite, select the game settings and hit invite.
How do I play Snooker?
Snooker is pretty easy, From the break, try to pot reds, once a red has been potted, you will need to then pot any color ball. Repeat this "pot red, pot color" until all reds are removed from the table. You then need to pot the colored balls in sequence, the game will highlight which balls you should be aiming to pot, and in what sequence. You can read the full snooker rules.
How do I play 9Ball?
9Ball is pretty easy aswell, The aim of the game is to pot the 9ball, whoever pots the 9ball first, legally, will win the game. You can read the full 9Ball rules
How do I play 8Ball?

How do I play Straight Pool?
Pot anything and everything that shaped like a ball, not the cue ball though, that would be silly. First to 8 wins. You can read the full Straight Pool rules
I signed up, but can no longer login?
Its likely that your account has been removed, this can be for a few reasons, you could be found cheating, abusive to users or spamming the chat. You will need to sign up again to access the site, however all your game stats will be lost and you will have to start over.
