Please tell me that u has too many mods but why there was no one at that time. It must be in your policy, and also this, that no one can use some bad words against any nation or religion.
I can’t explain anymore but hope that it’s clear what I want.

Thanks for the complain, we appreciate it because we can improve some things around.
First of all, I am sorry that you were insulted. Yes, there are some periods over a day when you got no Mod support in rooms. Well, we all are humans, we do sleep and other things as well

Another thing I would like to tell you is very simple: take your private things to private game or private messages. You should understand that whatever you do in public place - you will have someone involved. And thats not about them being bad, it's a natural desire of a human. Also, please consider that we got a lot of teen/young players here, so don't blame them too much for you sharing personal chats online .

And yes, some of players will be come very bad and abusive. Several will act like a racist. You have to report them to either mod who is online, or using our Reporting System if you can't find anyone.

However, again I am sorry you were insulted in any way. Hope next time things will go smooth for you.

Regarding your comment about Mods and Admins in different countries, I don't know whether you've gotten to know any of our Mods/ Admins, but they are not all from one continent.
We have Mods/admin from The USA, England, Georgia, India, New Zealand, and even Jordan

We do try to incorporate Mods from different time zones, but finding a trustworthy person who can handle the responsibilities of a Mod is a difficult feat.

And as you said its a diificult thing to select someone for this kind of job i am agree with you because i faced some same situations in some other maters so i think that you people are doing good as u can.

A Buddy list so you can add friends and select them to play games would be really useful, I know you can view buddy list on here but needs to be in the games room selection if possible.

We used to have a buddy list function on the game page but it was eventually removed since no one was using it. I think in 8Baller's next version though, the buddy list is going to be available and it will be linked to other game functions such as sending game invites, viewing if they are online and in which room, viewing score, etc

hi dbi if i am right. if one player has more than 3 scores and he make a foul on black as a last ball he wins this is not fair pls do something if possible.
