Yes i would prefer someonw with more experience mainly and has a lot of time to deal with the page and bebo Users, as in talking to randomers and advertising.

ok mate , I would talk to randomers and i have alot of spair time as it goes to be honist and I have got experience mate but if you would like to choose some one in perticular I do Not mind bud

Hows the graph going Bebo Mods? When I get my new laptop i'll help out, can't access the page right now as college computers doesn't allow access to Bebo.

When we have a Team of 8, I will set a few targets and goals up for all of us. Things that we must achieve daily/weekly. Something like get 50 views per day in average, stuff like that. So atleast we all know what we're doing and what we are aiming for.
