Help Accessing Game Rooms

If you have trouble with all the Game Rooms saying their all full, when it appears as though their not, please read the below. I have tested this, and it did solve the issue.

99% of the problem is with Windows Firewall blocking the Game connecting to your Computer. To solve this you need to allow the games connections on certain port numbers.


Opening a Firewall Port in Windows Vista

1. Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click Security, and then click Windows Firewall.

2. Click Allow a program through Windows Firewall. You should be logged in as the system Administrator.

3. Click Add port.

4. In the Name box, type 8Baller.

5. In the Port number box, type the port number, 9001.

6. Click TCP.

7. Click Apply, then OK.

8. Refresh the game page http://www.8baller.co.uk/play-pool-games.php, Login, and try to enter game room 1.

This should now allow the game to connect to your Computer.

If your still having trouble, repeat the above process for port numbers 9001, 9002, 9003, 9004, 9005 and 9006. And try to enter each Game Room respectively. But usually once one port is opened, the rest will work.
