U see when someone has posted a comment and u see their name, picture etc, look on the right where it says how many posts they have etc, now look below that slightly where it says reputation, click on the number thats next to reputation, it should take you to the persons profile, after that look somewhere near the top right of their profile it should say something like "rate person" or somethin like that, just click it and u can give them a positive, neautral or negative rate point , i think thats all u should know for now so peace:D[/b]
