My request for all Admins and mods.

Its 3rd time happened with me, today a nick ‘Baczek’ invited me and I start playing with him, he ask asl, I reply 33 male Pakistan and after my reply he start abusing me that u paki terrorist u are shit u r ------
I reported him quickly and close the game. And when I try to find him in lobby he was disappeared but I saw there was nuclear sam (mod) was in lobby. I said to him to read the reports.

My request is: It’s very easy for someone to abuse other in a game and change his nick quickly so please do some work on it, coz I think when u ppl try to find that person from his nick given in report maybe u cant find him easily, so please at least, in game allow the link of user like anyone can see the user detail in lobby, because it can be easy to report and to find that person from his detail or user number.

As long as you send a report before the person changes his name, we can still track the player down regardless of how he's changed the name. So it all just depends on you reporting the player before he vanishes

You can do one more thing put him in ignore by clicking the little box at the bottom of his nick. That way even if he/she changes his/her nick the cross mark will show 8-)

To piggy back off Sam, as long as you do your part in reporting and providing as much details as possible, then the situation will be handled accordingly.

Abusers are like ants, you don't want them, you don't need them, they irritate the hell out of you, but you have to live with that fact that they exist.

That's exactly what I do Ricky. So no matter what nick he changes to, I know it's him/her who was abusing me. And then decide if I will bother to report it or just ignore the player.

Its going hard to play now.
i am getting sick by facing the abusing persons now.
today in a team torny that atif comes in my game and star abusing and insulting me and that potato who was baned he was with him and he was also abusing me, when we were in lobby i noted their user numbers to trace them.

then i finished my torny and loggout only for these persons.
and now late night here early morning when i loggin to play again 1 person came in my game nick was ''descon'' he abused me again and went. i try to find him after game but nothing there and when i try to report him it says '' user not found''
and mods saying we will talk with them.
can u ppl admins or mods tell me what i do ?
is there any solution ?
if its not stopped then the only thing left is i must leave the site.
i am really disappointing now. its really bad.

if i put then on ignore they are making new accounts daily only for me (maybe)

Dear M.Moeen,

First of all, thanks for coming and sharing your concerns about some abusive bits of playing on our site. Well, yes, we are trying our best to keep this place family-friendly, and to remove most of abusers. But you must understand, that it's almost impossible to totally prevent all of the above.. it's a community driven site. Abuse is a bad side of it.

Okay, what I can offer you in near future..
In our plans we see some enhancements for players. One of features we want to implement (still at planning stage), is the ability to totally disable your chat, when you don't want to get involved in that. Like you type a command, and your chat is off. More over, they don't know that you are not receiving it. It's not tomorrow, but anytime soon.

Once again, sorry that you are affected by children.. happens a lot around internet.

nice one roma can u tell me how to stop players inviting even when i keep them in ignore list they still invite?
