To add to this idea...
All people chosen to run tournaments have access to things like:
-Close and Open tourny rooms
-Make popup message to everyone(Limit it)
-And have a their own boot button inside the tourny room ONLY

So basically giving the chosen tourny people more features to make good tournys for everyone.
