whats up with this.
erm i was in a game vs micky (snooker champ) and he was winning 34-28, can this rule be fixed its a silly rule?,and site went down for 2 moments or got reset. we were still on reds. plenty of chances to win, but no i get a loss and he gets a win? u wouldnt see a real game of snooker with ronnie o'sullivan and john higgins, its like the table breaks and ronnie is winning 17-0 but no ronnie wins?

Well, it will happen now and then, not sure there is any possible workaround.. When you close your browser, it's considered as you just left the game unfinished, which is a fair loss. If by some means there is a networking issue, I can't distinguish it from a player just leaving the game. Hense, I don't see any solution.
Got a suggestion? The chain is no stronger than its weakest link... |

Thats the only thing, but there again how can you distinguish between people who tell the truth and lie in situations like this. Erm no, there's nothing you can do site wise I suppose |
