Teams updated a bit

Hey all,

Spent a few hours this morning making a few changes to the teams section, mainly just layout changes.

Iv moved the emphasis of the teams homepage (once logged in) to the team tournaments, with the latest tournaments being clearly shown in the middle of the page to encourage more team leaders and players to get involved.

Also made some minor changes to the notifications section for team leaders and members.

The team leaderboards section now has an easier to use and find "search" tab.

If you spot any errors, please let me know.

Looks good .... once within the team info., I don't see where you use to have a button to take u to teams leaderboard.

Yeah I removed the button to coincide with changes to the rest of the site.

Iv added a link to the leaderboards in the big paragraph of text at the top.
