We are 100% committed to providing you with the highest grade of service, whether that means introducing new products or making core systems better.
From 1st - 18th of November, Datacenter will be moving our server onto a new storage platform between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 GMT. This will result in a small amount of downtime (less than three hours) while this move takes place.

This upgraded system is a significant investment, and will allow us to provide additional resilience and will also allow greater enhancements for you in the future.

However, we are not able to give you an exact date when the upgrade will occur, but we will keep you informed close to the maintenance window.

Just to clarify. At some point BETWEEN those dates, the move will take place. The site won't be offline for 2 weeks. Just a few hours.

We will know a more exact time closer to the dates.

Why is site down alot? I thought you fixed everything Was down other day, and before that and little while before that and that and that.

After many years of playing here and no problems why has this occurred now?
