Best Moderator (anyone who had Moderator status at some point in 2012)
Best Administrator (any one who had Administator status at some point in 2012)
The Players' Player (best player voted by the players)
Biggest Shocker
Best Newcomer (best person to arrive on the site in 2012)
Best Comeback (best person to have left the site in 2011 or before and comeback in 2012)
Best Double Act

Then I believe we should have things like:
Best Tourney Player (all tourney winners should be posted in one thread (I would volunteer to do this))
Most Friendly Player
Most Determined Player
Most Dedicated Player (addicted in other words)

People should know this year what they are fighting for.
