RESTARTING ???

There is a lot of requests for restart every day and I like to put this thread and poll to see what is your opinion abot this.
I think that restart after just 40-50 games is not fair because same players ask for restart again and again until they reach 90 rate and place on leaderbord list. By my opinion we should alowe restart only after 600 played games, because only with 600 played games u can get 5 stars. So if someone want to get 5 stars he must play 600 games and if he fail then he can try again. What is your opinion about this?

If it takes 600 games for the max rating then it should be 600 games at least (maybe even more) before that person is entitled to a restart. Yes you get people who want a flawless record and they should all have the chance at doing so.
There should be a set limit to the number of restarts someone gets otherwise people will just restart over and over and over with no real accomplishment.
On saying that though what is stopping a person from just making a new account when they realise they are doing badly or have no chance at getting the 5 stars.

My Opinion:
Everyone should have just the 1 account on that ip address (unless otherwise cleared by a Mod/Admin) ...They should be allowed a maximum of 3 restarts but only once they have got past the 600 games ...And there should be a block put on the 'signing up' part which stops users from making multiple accounts to acheive their goals (i know another popular snooker/pool site which does this)

I think it is just a complete waste of Mod/Admin time when they have to deal with Restarts from people who have played less then the games required to get the max stats.
