Quote:Two bills before Congress, known as the Protect IP Act (PIPA) in the Senate and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the House, would censor the Web and impose harmful regulations on American business. Millions of Internet users and entrepreneurs already oppose SOPA and PIPA. Not talking about official 8baller position yet, but personally I do support the strike against SOPA and PIPA. RE: End piracy, not liberty!
I am sure that PIPA and SOPA decisions won't work, because hundreds of thousands of people who have business on the internet will be effected by this, so it's just a matter of time until they stop it.

It's only USA, but I am pretty sure that EU would follow that if worked.
Agree, they can't ignore several millions who signed against it.. The chain is no stronger than its weakest link... |

RE: End piracy, not liberty!
PIPA and SOPA have the same interest, they want to shutdown most websites that deals with unofficial materials, just like torrent sites for example, if they do it, a lot of website will be shutdown, so hopefully they change their minds.
